I became involved in digital humanities through working with Professor Wernimont on her Counting the Dead project, encoding early modern plague documents. I currently have a Mellon undergraduate research grant to continue work on this project. I am a self designed Creative Writing for New Media major, so I frequently study the intersection between literature and digital media. My senior thesis will focus on narrative production in role-playing video games, and the role technology plays in allowing players to create the story. I'd love to learn more about encoding, web design, or anything relating to video games.
